If you would like to sponsor or sign-up to host your own booth for the Monroe Harvest Carnival (Saturday, October 26th from 5-9pm at the Evergreen Speedway), please fill out the form below, and we will contact you with all the details! If you choose to participate, we are giving opportunity for groups and businesses to have a booth/station which is a chance to get positive exposure for your business.
The expectation is not to sell anything, but instead bless the community by hosting creative carnival games and giving out candy and/or toy prizes for the kids while giving exposure to what your business or group is offering to the community!
We would encourage you to dress up in a family friendly costume and make your booth/station fun, creative and festive and or themed. (We will have some quality carnival games available to use (provided by Fun Rent Monroe), but feel free to get creative with it. Your booth table size will need to be no bigger than 8 ft wide. Please do put some effort into the idea so we can make this event a blast!
